One of PTW’s greatest strengths is our global staff, which occupies studios all over the world. We value the insight that comes with working with such a diverse population, and we celebrate our employees whenever we can.
Our Bucharest, Romania site recently celebrated its fifth anniversary, so we spoke with Site Head Cristina Stanila to dive into what makes this studio stand out.
Cristina manages the site, handling coordination of staff, hardware, facilities, and all other resources. She maintains the business strategy to ensure the satisfaction of both employees and clients; this directly influences site profitability. “I help position the site for growth opportunities with existing and new clients,” she adds. “I also ensure the site is compliant with info security and physical security standards, maintaining compliance with relevant legislation.”
The Bucharest studio focuses on CX and is currently setting up GQA services. Cristina says “Regional and Global alignment are of utmost importance for PTW Romania. We started off just a few and here we are now, an entire team, strong, tenured, and always up for the next big thing. We’re always challenging our status quo and making ourselves heard in the PTW world.”
Part of the way Cristina accomplishes her duties is by building effective relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction with site services. “I take an active role in the setup of new projects or enhancements to existing engagements,” she explains. “I set KPIs and development plans for the team and serve as an escalation point for escalated customer issues. Our whole site takes an active role in the community, representing and promoting the PTW brand.”
Keeping the team aligned and bonded is both a challenge and a source of satisfaction with the hybrid working model Cristina employs. “One of our unique talents is how we customize services the Romanian way. We prioritize people because people are the main resource!”
