Pole To Win (PTW) has been awarded ISO 27001:2013 certification at its delivery centers in Bangalore, India; Baltimore, USA; Bucharest, Romania; Seattle, USA; Glasgow, UK; and at audio production subsidiary SIDE’s studio in Los Angeles, USA. All remaining PTW and SIDE studios worldwide are currently undergoing preparations for ISO 27001:2013 certification, with the goal of the company being to achieve full global certification by year-end 2018.

ISO (the International Organization for Standardization) is an independent standard-setting body promoting worldwide proprietary, industrial and commercial standards to ensure products and services are safe, reliable and of the highest quality. ISO 27001 is an information security standard which is part of the ISO/IEC 27000 family of standards. It sets criteria for the secure management of security risks and requires that a comprehensive suite of information security controls is in place. PTW’s Information Security Management System complies with the requirements of ISO 27001:2013 for the protection of client confidential, proprietary and personal data/information for the provision of services related to Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, Customer Experience, Localization and Audio Production.

PTW underwent detailed assessments by a third-party auditor in each of the site locations to ensure compliance with the requirements before the issuing of the certification in May 2018. Regular reviews will be conducted as part of ongoing certification to confirm PTW remains compliant with the standard.
