PTW Expands Global Leadership Team

Today, we are delighted to announce the promotions of two members of our global leadership team: Martin McBride as Chief Communications Officer (CCO) and Martin Glancy as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In their new positions, McBride will be responsible for all communications, government affairs, and investor relations, while Glancy will lead our global human resources initiatives, learning and development, and corporate social responsibility efforts. 

“As we enter our next phase of growth and double down on operational excellence, I’m happy to promote two key members of our leadership team to C-Suite positions within the company,” said Deborah Kirkham, Chief Executive Officer of PTW. “Glancy has been a trusted HR advisor who will continue to align our workplace culture and practices with our company’s mission, while McBride’s promotion underscores his passion for the business and talent for sharing PTW’s message with the world.” 

Martin McBride has been promoted to CCO and will undertake all internal and external communications and government affairs projects, retaining his Chief of Staff role as he steps into his new position. McBride has played a key role in PTW’s success over the past two years, spearheading efforts across PR, investor relations, M&A initiatives, corporate affairs, and executive thought leadership.

With over seven years of HR leadership at PTW, Glancy has been instrumental in driving employee engagement, optimizing compensation and benefits programs, and aligning HR strategies with the company’s goals. In his new role as Chief Human Resources Officer, he will be responsible for all global HR functions, supporting organizational learning and development, CSR efforts, and the fostering of a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
