PTW today announced plans to grow its global footprint with a new studio in Braga, Portugal, officially opening this summer. The expansion brings the company’s total number of studios to 42, spanning 13 countries and serviced by more than 2,800 employees. 

“As a company we looked at numerous locations for expanding our European services footprint, but ultimately selected Braga because of the huge potential we see in the region,” said CEO Deborah Kirkham. “Portugal has a high-caliber talent pool and a flourishing gaming scene, both of which are requirements to grow our operations and service our world-class clients.”

PTW Braga will initially offer Localization Quality Assurance with expanded offerings available to meet market demands. The new 500 sq. m. studio will have space for 60 team members with the option to expand depending on client needs. The site will additionally offer remote work for other services offered by PTW, including Player Support.
