2020 has been an incredible year for us in many ways. This was an unexpected, unprecedented year for us. But we are proud of what our teams have done. It’s hard to put into words what this year has been like, but we did want to try to quantify what we have done in 2020.

When COVID hit, our Operational team worked day and night. They were able to:

• 

  Procure, distribute, and set up over 1,000 computers to enable our agents to work from their homes
• 

  Procure and distribute 292 desks and 373 chairs
• 

  Transition 180 QA Testers for a key client from studio-based to a full WFH model with only 16 hours of downtime
• 

  While our audio facilities were closed in the months of April and May, the team still delivered for our clients by setting up and using 195 certified home recording studios
• 

  Transitioned over 95% of the global CX business to a WFH model over a 2 week period with zero stoppages in cover

In addition to all of that,

• 

  We opened brand new London facility at Tileyard, with an audio technical team installing 5 new studios during lockdown
• 

  We successfully launched a PTW branded podcast with nearly 30 episodes out
• 

  Our OR friends have so many interesting projects in work right now under their Stealth Initiatives. In addition to launching our VRA ap, OneXP, and a new line of service, (our OTT content creation service), the team at OR is very busy working on some massive projects coming your way in 2021
• 

  Our Audio team got to announce their involvement in so many incredible IPs from Assassins Creed Valhalla to Cyberpunk 2077
• 

  The team at OR has completely redesigned the PTW website and it will go live in early 2021
• 

  Our OR Esports team achieved the highest rank of any Indian Esports team in history in their last tournament before the Pandemic hit
• 

  In 2020, we launched our global diversity, equity, and inclusion program
• 

  We successfully deployed our Machine Translation solution and were able to use OneXP to create a hybrid MT solution for player support
